10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 can great northern beans, drained
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1. Use food chopper (or a heavy duty fork) to mash up beans.
2. Put in large bowl and mix with other filling ingredients.
3. Use as a filling in lasagna, stuffed pasta shells, cheese enchiladas, etc.
